Effective Ship Inspections are crucial for optimal ship management and operational excellence. Any ship requires regular maintenance, to minimize downtime and losses. Moreover, a poorly maintained ship poses various occupational and environmental hazards which further adds up to the operational cost and losses. An effective routine vessel technical inspection, knowing her true condition is utmost important for achieving optimal operational cost. This course mainly focuses on training course participants on various aspects of Vessel Technical Inspection and how to achieve an effective inspection which can help them to foresee operational risks and address them timely. A typical Technical Inspection is carried during the ship’s port stay and time available for such inspections is usually 1-2 days. This course aims also to provide you with how to manage your time during your onboard attendance and prioritize the areas of focus to make your inspection effective in available time.

Two Days. This includes 1.5 days of interactive virtual classroom training session and 0.5 day of assessment, certification and feedback session.
This course is conducted in a batch of maximum 20 attendees in the 2nd or 3rd week of every month.
Course is delivered through online interactive classroom lectures. At the end of the course, there will be an online assessment and certification.
