This course aims to build up understanding of dry-docking management best practices to reduce overrun of scope, cost, and timelines. As Dry-docking projects are complex and involve high cost, It needs proper planning and supervision in the shipyard for efficient management of the project. This course mainly focuses on professionals engaged in the capacity of Technical Superintendents and/or Chief Engineer who lack experience in managing the drydocking independently. The course helps them understand various aspects of drydocking management which can significantly impact the project cost, duration and quality.

Two Days. This includes 1.5 days of interactive virtual classroom training session and 0.5 day of assessment, certification and feedback session.

This course is conducted in a batch of maximum 20 attendees in the last week of every month.
